Terms and Conditions Effective Date: January 1, 2024 Welcome to Green Secure Shield Insurance Company (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our insurance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your relationship with us and outline your rights and obligations under our policies. 1. Definitions 1.1. Policyholder: The individual or entity that has entered into an agreement with us for insurance coverage. 1.2. Policy: The insurance contract issued by us, which includes all applicable terms, conditions, and endorsements. 1.3. Premium: The amount payable by the policyholder to maintain coverage. 1.4. Claim: A request by the policyholder for coverage or compensation under the terms of the policy. 2. Eligibility 2.1. Our insurance products are available only to individuals aged 18 or older and entities legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement. 2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Failure to do so may result in denial of coverage or cancellation of your policy. 3. Coverage 3.1. Coverage details, including limits, exclusions, and applicable deductibles, are outlined in your individual policy document. 3.2. Our policies may exclude coverage for certain events, including but not limited to acts of war, intentional harm, or pre-existing conditions, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 4. Premium Payments 4.1. Premiums must be paid in full and on time to maintain active coverage. 4.2. If a premium payment is not received by the due date, a grace period of 30 days will apply. Coverage may lapse if payment is not made within this period. 5. Claims Process 5.1. To file a claim, the policyholder must provide all required documentation and evidence to support the claim. 5.2. Claims are subject to review and approval, and we reserve the right to investigate the circumstances surrounding any claim. 5.3. Compensation or benefits under the policy will be provided only after the claim is approved. 6. Policy Changes and Renewals 6.1. Policyholders may request changes to their policy, such as coverage adjustments, by contacting us directly. Changes are subject to approval. 6.2. Policies will be automatically renewed unless the policyholder provides written notice of cancellation at least 15 days before the renewal date. 7. Cancellation 7.1. Policyholders may cancel their policy at any time by providing written notice. 7.2. We reserve the right to cancel a policy due to non-payment of premiums, fraud, or breach of these terms and conditions. 7.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, subject to any administrative fees of €50. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in your policy. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 9. Privacy 9.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. 10. Dispute Resolution 10.1. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. 10.2. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class-action lawsuits. 11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
